These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases made through this website. By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply.
Shipping
Within New Zealand:
- NZ Nationwide shipping $12.50
We aim to dispatch orders the following day, and standard delivery is typically 1-2 working days once dispatched. Allow an additional 3 working days for rural deliveries.
International shipping: Please contact us with the number of books you wish to purchase and your international address so we can send you a shipping quote.
International delivery to Australia generally takes 5-7 working days.
We avoid plastic in our packaging wherever possible. Our books will be packed in recyclable paper and cardboard.
Faults / Returns
We package our books carefully, but accidents can sometimes happen in transit. Please check your order when it is delivered and contact us as soon as possible if your book is damaged or there are any other issues. If your book has a manufacturing or publishing fault, we will replace it for you at no additional cost.
If you want to return a book that is not faulty, and you have proof of purchase, we may be able to offer a refund. Please note that returns for non-faulty items are considered on a case-by-case basis.

Privacy
We collect and use personal information in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020. Unless you choose to join our mailing list, your information will only be used for processing orders and providing customer support. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as required to fulfil your order or comply with legal obligations.

All content and materials available on this site, including but not limited to text, graphics, website name, code, images and logos are the intellectual property of ActionStation, and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission from ActionStation.
Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Aotearoa New Zealand. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
